This is her version of the crown jewel of humbuckers. The Queenbucker, in her words, represents the queen of tone - "it's vintage, sweet and smooth."

I bought these on a whim. Their description really piqued my interest. I dropped them in a 70's re-issue Gibson V.
I can say without a doubt im disappointed. "Sweet" is the 1st word that comes to mind. There is buttery-sugary resonance with these pups. They have plenty of bite, but never harsh. They are articulate, but never sound thin or wimpy.
They are just as comfy in front of the Fender Twin Reverb as they are my 100w Orange amps. They ring like bell playing clean and can go full flamethrower with distortion. Iv tried them in different turnings as well...from E to Drop C. They handle it all just fine.
My all time favorite pick-up has been the Custom 5. The Queen reigns supreme for me now. They are well worth the investment. Stop thinking about it and just buy'em. You will be glad you did. I sure as hell am.
