The Custom Shop team re-wound my pickups well within their 4-week estimated time. They sound terrific. Arwin in Customer Service was especially helpful with the communication about my needs and the work to be done.

The Gibson (2) PAF pickups that I sent to have rewound came back sounding very good tonaly and were balanced as in the one for the bridge was slightly hotter and the one at the neck a little less. I wouldn't hesitate to have anything repaired. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again.

Sent in an Antiquity bridge humbucker to have the baseplate changed from long legs to short. Could've done it myself with aftermarket parts, but at the extremely low price SD is charging, I feel it was worth it to have professionals do the work. Definitely worth the price. Turn around, including shipping both ways, was about a month. I'm very pleased, and I plan to send them another humbucker in the near future.

I sent a bridge position sethlover to get repair . For some strange reason it stopped working (very low output) I received it 2 weeks later and this thing sounds amazing!! I recommend the custom shop to do any work on your pickups !

I needed to rescue a couple of pickups from the 70s and 80s that were special to me. I sent in a JB and a 59 that I have used throughout my career. They were pretty beat up and had issues. What I received back looked like brand new pickups with all of the peripheral springs and screws I might need all boxed up in custom shop boxes. Attention to detail was spectacular and I was totally blown away. I love Seymour Duncan, well not Seymour the guy, I mean his company! But the attitude comes down from the top. You all are the best.

I had a Dimebag humbucker repaired for an incredibly low price and it was returned looking brand new after just a short time in the shop. The return packaging stated it was a custom job for me , was pretty cool too!
Will certainty continue to use Seymour equipment.

I sent in a 59 wanting it to be wound JB with single conductor and have my raw nickel pickup cover and a vintage rough cast magnet I provided. I got the pickup back done by MJ so neatly and perfectly. It sounds awesome its the pride of my pickups. Thank you MJ for your attention to my requests. It was done so well. It sounds amazing! This meant a lot to me as it went in a Les Paul I got for my 50th birthday with my 25 year bonus from work last year. Thanks again! Seymour customer for life! :)
